Introduction

  • All Challenges are designed as a kick-start to becoming active and healthy, and are ideal for beginners.
  • Each Challenge is directed at a personal goal, common barrier, or specific activity.
  • Commit to a Challenge at a reduced Personal Training rate (see respective Challenge descriptions for specific rates).
  • All participants are limited to enrolling in each Challenge one time only, with the option and encouragement afterward to continue Personal Training to pursue your new goals!

The Crunch & Crush of Time

  • 12-week Challenges held at a Private Downtown Studio, available in 2 flavours: Lunch Crunch or Crush Hour.
  • For those who can’t afford the time, but can’t afford
    not to.
  • Full on, full-body workouts paired with guided nutrition to help ease the stresses of the day.
  • I understand it’s hard to find the time – so I found it
    for you!

HI FIVE! - Health, Increased Fitness, Integrated Vitality & Energy!

  • A 5-month Challenge to fully immerse and transition you into a new “way-of-life”.
  • Suited for beginners: those not currently active because they have never been, or because it’s just been a while.
  • Supervised exercise sessions, nutrition advice, and ongoing education at a Private Downtown Studio (and maybe a little “homework”).
  • A firm commitment to yourself.

Run 4 Your Life!

  • 12-week progressive Challenge for beginners wanting to get into “running shape”.
  • Focus on proper running technique and mechanics, building stamina and endurance, plus related strength and flexibility exercise.
  • The whole package deal: outdoors & in the gym, hills & treadmills, running & resistance – one massive playground.
  • For those who want to run but still have some fun!
