HYPOTHESIS:

It’s not about finding more time, it’s about making the best of the time you already have: by utilizing what time is already available, you won’t have to “sacrifice” any extra time you may have. Thus, you can continue to use any valuable spare moments for some well deserved “R & R” exactly how you choose. Furthermore, the added activity will provide you with heaps of energy and ease your daily stressors, helping you to better cope with the busyness of your day.

OBSERVATIONS:

Those most typically hindered by the problem in question are the “nine-to-fivers” (or full-time working persons): those of you who spend the bulk of your day at work, which leaves little (and very precious) time at the end of your day to attend to chores at home and/or personal obligations, and, of equal importance, find some much needed downtime!

  • Also included:
    • Ongoing nutritional advice and support
    • Ongoing health & fitness related education
    • Ongoing support via phone or email
CONCLUSION:

Upon completion of either Challenge you will:

  • Have new tools and knowledge to give needed attention to your health & fitness.
  • Understand the necessity of making “you” a priority and have the desire to continue doing so.
  • Be well on your way and firmly committed to feeling excellent!
