This is a Challenge for those seeking to “turn a new leaf”: those wanting to make a major, positive lifestyle change to drastically improve their overall health & fitness. It involves a 5-month commitment to yourself, including scheduled, supervised sessions, which consist of intensive, fully integrated workouts, ongoing nutritional advice, plus other related education. There will also be an element of “homework”, requiring players to progressively incorporate activity into their day-to-day life. Finally, ongoing support is available and provided throughout via phone or email. This ensures that any and all questions and concerns are addressed and keeps players in the game.

Does 5 months sound like a long time to commit? At first glance, maybe, but in the grand scheme of things it’s not. Especially when it comes to making a radical change in health & fitness and to improving overall quality of life (immediate and future). Stepping back, here’s a look at the “big-picture”:
IF:* The above numbers include supervised training hours within the Challenge only. If outside “homework” hours are also included, this number will vary depending on individual goals, effort, and dedication. The actual number of training hours may then range from < 3% - 4% of your time spent participating in regimented, scheduled exercise (THAT’S IT!).
