Personal Story

Forever a fitness aficionado, I grew up in Calgary, Alberta, where my long-standing passion for exercise evolved from simply being a form of recreation to a career in which I am fortunate to be able to share my knowledge and enthusiasm. More than just a job for me, I enjoy every aspect of being a Personal Trainer - from the training itself, to the ongoing interactions, and especially the ability to make a positive impact on the health, fitness, and overall wellness of others.

I am thrilled to now be a Personal Trainer in Victoria, British Columbia, to continue my career in an active and health-conscience community, within a setting that offers the lifestyle and surroundings that I love. I practice martial arts (Renbukai Karate) and yoga (Ashtanga), enjoy weight training, cycling, and all things outdoors, plus a variety of other activities. I continue to explore new avenues of fitness, and enjoy the endless ways one can keep active – it is never too late to try something new, and there is something out there for everyone!
